Club Grant to Morganton Emergency Shelter

The Club received a partial grant from Rotary District 7670 to pay for the items the Emergency Shelter Network needs to shelter up to 20 adults when winter temperatures drop below 15 degrees. The rest of the funds were contributed by the Club. The Club is also fielding a Warming Night team to volunteer during nights the shelter is called into use. Currently the shelter is held at Calvary Lutheran Church.
